755p sync issue Device to PC problem.

I have a treo 755p on Verizon, that I cable sync my contacts and calendar and use push to get my email from our exchange server.

When I put items in my contacts and calendar - they sync no problem to the device.

Now, 90% of the time. If I put items into my contacts and calendar, then try to sync. The operation carries out, but those items do not make it to my pc.

I then have to do the automatic reset after the sync. Then, if I go into the device to those updated contacts and calendar items and I either delete and re-enter or do something minimal like open up the contact and just add a period "." to an address line. When I re-sync, everything gets to the PC.

After this operation, I can add things to my device - and sync great. Has anyone experienced this??? Thoughts?

corrupt data base somehow or third party program intereference perhaps!

I agree that those are the most likely culprits. Download TealScan (See signature below) and run a scan. You can fix any problem you encounter while still in trial mode. If you don't find anything, download DBFixIt and scan PIM data again. DBFixIt is a bit more advanced than TealScan, but you can't fix anything while in trial mode. So if DBFixIt finds any corruption you'll have to purchase the app to fix it. But its well worth the price and the money goes to saving the apes.
