Against My Will is on a distinguished road
Synced, Did a Hard Reset, Cannot find anything

I have a Treo 700wx and have had problems with people hearing me when I call. I spoke w/ Verizon and they said I had to do a hard reset to fix the problem. Before I did that, I had to back up everything. I am not very computer literate (just thought that might clarify things). I did an activesync like Verizon said to do. Then I did the hard reset. Now when I go to resync everything and restore my contacts and calendar it tries to use what is on my work computer and not what I synced. The pics are on my computer, but I cannot find anything else. Any help?

welcome to treonauts against my will Sorry you have had this problem. When you di a backup were you using a backup program like sprite backup. If you did then you would need to go into the backup program and hit restiore. This would restore your device to the way it was before the hard reset minus any problems. If you just did an active sync then your device would have synched up with the bdata on your computer such as the pim info in Outlook, That should have been "restored" on the device when you did the first active synch after the hard reset. If it did not then you need to go to active sync settings and see what it was or is set up to do during the sync process. If your were using outlook which yuou pretty much have to do with winmob then whatever data was in outlook should havwe synched back to the device.
