sync with 2007 outlook problem - Treo Forum

ok so i had some sync problems in the past, but it turns out it was mostly a problem with the cord...
at any rate i have been able to sync my phone just fine for the past 2 weeks... UNTIL i downloaded the new microsoft 2007 office...it connects fine but doesnt sync anything... it just says
connected
windows PC: view status

when i click view status its says that activesync encountered a problem with the desktop and the suppport code is 85010014

is there a patch i need for the new outlook???
ps my phone is verizon

Try deleting the existing partnership on activesync, and setting up a new one, I had a similar problem when our company went with Office 2007. Treo did not like it at all. Ensured I had activesync 4.5 and setup new partnership with the new outlook. Worked fine since
