| I made my first post! ![]() | We have Exchange 2007 w/ Palm Treo 700w's. I've set up a exchange server on the Treo. It successfully gets emails/contacts/task/etc. However, when I compose emails (on the treo) and reply to emails, the emails stay in the outbox. If I do a Send/Receive, the status comes back w/ "One or more e-mail messages were not sent. Please delete the messages that are still in your Outbox and then create and send them again." I've done that multiple times and still can't seem to send emails. Any suggestions? Thanks. |

![]() | I had the same problem. The best way to troubleshoot this is to enable verbose logging for active sync (its in the options). Each active sync attempt will write to a log which can be found in the file explorer under windows/activesync. In my particular case the user was trying to send emails, but her mailbox was over her size limit so exchange was preventing her from sending anything else. Very poorly written error IMHO. Good luck! |
