WM5 notes sync to Google Notebook? Better note software?

Hello I am new to the forums, I have done a little bit of searching and I still have not found what I am looking for so hopefully someone might be able to give me advice for this...

I use my notes and my todo list religiously.. I think I have over 300 notes or so... and My todo list is pretty full too... I would like to start using google notebook but I would like to know if there is a way to sync my notes or todo lists on my Treo700WX to google notebook? Or does someone have a better idea of what I should do? Besides the obvious, which is syncing the notes to the desktop (or saving on sd card) and putting in the notes into Google Notebook 1 by 1.... I am thinking something like OGGSync but for google notebook instead of google calendar...

Also loading the notes app in my treo takes a while and does not have many features, can anyone recommend a better note taking software for the Treo, hopefully something with a search feature... a quick one...

Last two questions,
Anyone know of a good back up software I can install on my treo to backup my contacts to an SD card... I am using a Mac now and I dont want to install any type of active sync on my laptop, but I want a backup on my contacts in like an XML format or just a WM5 format.

My treo is so sluggish, in everything that I do. I have tried Treo 700wx hacks, and SKtools, but its so slow.... I have a task manager and it doesnt show much running.. I also close all my apps frequently, but still its very very sluggish... It possibly could be my hardware... I am using Xscale to overclock the CPU.. maybe after 2 years of that, it possibly damaged my treo?

Do you use the web? If so have you cleared your cache? Do you have a lot of contacts notes etc in yoiur pim application? Have you tried running a scan on the device to see about corrupted files or registry issues.
