iS THERE A CERTAIN SOFTWARE YOU NEED FOR THIS OR WHATS THE MOST SIMPLE WAY OF DOING THIS??

Sync the 650 with Outlook using the standard Hotsync conduit and then use Active Sync to synchronise Outlook with the 700w

FYI Active Sync and Palm Desktop can co-exist so you don't have to uninstall anything whilst you try it out.

Most keyboards come with a caps lock key. You may want to check to make sure its not...um... locked.
