EDIT: Sorry, just realized you had a 750. I don't think there are WM versions of the software mentioned below.

Take a look at Due Yesterday nosleep software, and Student. Student - Education & Reference Palm OS Software Due Yesterday also has a desktop component. RANOSoftware has a couple other student apps, like an English Tester and some sort of math program. Enjoy!
