![]() | Age of empires Gold edition not working right on the Treo 750 I used to have a pocket pc, with the standard 240 x 320 resolution, I have some games for it that I would now like to play again on my Treo 750. Problem is, they don't fit, Age of Empires Gold is "compressed" to fit inside the square screen but when I press on something with my stylus another area responds, I can't even enter my serial number... is there a way to convince it to run in 240x240... that would go for other games as well. I'd hate to have to buy others.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | E-mail the developer and see if they can get you a free copy to your new device or even a prorated copy. I doubt it since they must make their money to stay afloat but its worth a try. How do you like Age of Empires on the Windows Mobile? Should I give it a go?

![]() | Age of Empires Gold edition is almost identical to it's PC counterpart, graphics and sounds are identical and it's easy to play on a pocket pc. I think you can get a demo here: Age Of Empires (Pocket PC) - Download I saw some screen shots of AoE 3 for the Trep 750 and it doesn't look half as good, although I haven't even been able to find a demo. Too bad... it seems gaming is not for the Treo 750, unfortunately at this time I don't know of any better pocket pc phone so I'll just have to play solitaire ![]() HTC Touch Pro is a lot slower and I don't care about the GPS, I saw video reviews of the Treo Pro and it seems to be a bit faster but still not as fast as the 750, not to mention it also shares the square screen, convenient for everything but gaming and videos.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | the res is higher than my pro runs a lot zippier than the 750. It would be nice if the gsm unlocked could be bumped up to the specs of the sprint treo pro. |
