Software store shopping experience?

Puchased software late last night, yet to receive any confirmation via email and it's about 1:20pm now.

Followed up with an email request approx. 4 hours ago, still no response. I could not find any information on the site to contact them except via email. No mailing address, no phone number?

What were your shopping experience with Treonauts Software Store?
Any issues? please share

Sorry you had a bad experience, has there been any follow up since your emails?

I do know that sometimes it can take a little while for the confirmation/reg codes to go through depending on who the software developer is.

Sunny - the email registration codes are sent directly by the relevant developer and not the Treonauts Software Store.

Some developers have an automated system for issuing new registration codes while others do this manually. This is why (although it is rare) you may have to wait up to 24 hours to receive your code via email.
