![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Kimmy, You are the GODDESS of the TREO ( your welcome) I have NVbackup and whenever it does the backup, I have it to syncronize the time with the atomic clock. Also, in Arizona we don't have Daylight Savings. THANK GOD! Since the time and date come off of the tower, should I even download this? Thanks Lou |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I know I'm not Kimmy, but I can answer this! If you don't go by Daylight Savings, then there is no need to download this update as it doesn't apply to you. Make sure that you don't have the Daylight Savings option checked in your system prefs, or things can get goofy, but I'm betting you don't.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey Forgot, How can I "forget" you? Thanks very much. I just thought Kimmy would be getting off work in time to answer and that you would be asleep. Lets kiss and make up! Lou |

| Junior Member ![]() | Hey Kimmy, Since you seem to be the resident Treo "Expert" here , I have kind of a dumb question I was hoping you could answer for me.After I download and install the DST update, there remains the icon on my home/applications screen that I had to click on, in order to do the update. After the update is done, is it necessary to leave this icon on the screen, and if not, how does one go about deleting it? "Hollywood" ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Once the update is installed you no longer need to keep the updater on your device. To delete it just hit Menu>App>Delete, find the file, and delete it.
