Unhappy crashing on un-identiified callers

I have an unlocked 680 that I am using in Europe (so different band than in the US) and have the same problem, but only when I receive calls from people who don't send their phone number. I can hear the caller during the first 10 seconds while the ringing continues in the background (!!!) and then it shuts down and the phone resets. Is this a bug and who should I contact for this??
Ah for Brandon's previous question: yes one s/w: SplashID, which I don't think should cause any trouble...

I would try it without SplashID and see if the problem goes away.

I have a friend who used his backup card to put things on the new 680 and he experienced all kinds of problems. I, on the other hand, came from a Tungsten C so installed my apps a couple at a time testing in between to be sure they worked and have had no problems at all. After discussing the differences, he hard reset and used the new Palm desktop to move over the standard pims and then proceeded to move the other apps a few at a time and that cleared up his issues. From this experience I would guess you are having some kind of software conflict. Perhaps a hard reset and then using the phone first to be sure it works correctly will help you, too?

Thanks I'll try this and will give an update.

Actually I was also wondering if it is because I baught the phone in the US but am using it with my local carrier (Orange) and that perhaps the ones that are sold in Europe have a different telephone software ??? Could that be??
The problem is that there is absolutely no support nor feedack available in Europe yet for this phone as it is very new.

OK so what I did is to erase "Ringo" a software for ringtones that I had (forgot about it... )installed in order to use my recording of Grey's Anatomy jingle Then I tried even without a hard reset and it worked perfectly with an unidentified caller.

Shame I can't use my favorite ringtone anymore. They don't make it for european carriers so I produced my own from scratch - Was pretty proud of that tooo
Anyway thanks all you people for your help.

Same problem, however:

I've performed a hard reset and now have no software on the Treo. The problem still exists.

Mine doesn't reset though, it just freezes on the Incoming Call screen. I have to remove the battery to get it to stop.
