![]() | HOW do I put mp3s and movies on my SD card? ^^^ Please help. I just purchased my 2GB SD card from circuit city for 39.99 and I would like to know how to add music, dvds, and games to it. I have my card inserted and my 700p does recognize it. Now what do I do? Thanks. |

![]() ![]() | music and movies are best added by using a card reader. games are installed by dragging or copying the game into the expansion card field on your quick install and then performing a hotsync. |

![]() ![]() | ah, minor dilemma, easily solved. try card reader by mobile stream. i've heard of folks on here having varying degrees of success by just straight up installing mp3s and movies by hotsync, but the card reader method is by far easier and less time-consuming in my experience. and if you're going to be copying files to your sd card often, it would be in your best interest to purchase a card reader or the aforementioned app above. |

![]() ![]() | no problem. the card reader app allows you to use your treo as a usb flash drive. install the app by way of hotsync and run it. leave your treo connected in your cradle/cable. run the card reader program from your treo. you'll hear the connect sound if you're using windows. let it do its business and install. you'll be able to open 'my computer' and see that there's a new icon under 'devices with removable storage'. that's your sd card. you may then install files and movies that way. hope this helps! |

| Senior Member ![]() | My suggestions Two things: 1) Add a file called "Audio" (without the qoutes) to your card and move the mp3 files there. I've read that's where the pTunes program looks. 2) I used Windows Media Player (version 10, not 11!!!) to sync mp3s to my 700p. That worked just fine. Oh, and Brandon, I think you just answered my other "formatting" question/problem from that other thread. Didn't realize there was an app available to do that. Where do we get that and thanks! |
