Swiss Mobility Legion - comment on review

I just finished reading the review on the Swiss Mobility Legion case in the latest newsletter and am quite intrigued. I've been craving a side loading case with room for hotel keys and business cards!

The reviewer commented that he'd like to have a large magnetic flap than small button magnets. Be careful what you wish for! After popping a hotel key card in a case with a magnetic flap I can tell you that [magnetic flap] + [mag strip on key card] = [dead key card].

I have a Swiss Mobility case for my current phone and the clip is much like the one linked above.

While I think the case offers very easy access and does protect the phone against the daily scuffs and marks I have some complaints.

The clip itself is simple plastic. I walked by a counter at a restaurant bumping my hip. It was not much of an impact but when I came back from the restroom I found my case (phone inside) sitting on the floor next to my seat... the clip shattered forcing me to pick up a new case.

Also, the clip does not wrap around the bottom of the belt but simply slides on and off. When I carry my briefcase (over the shoulder style) the case slides up and loose on my belt. I have to constantly push it back down and switch my bag or phone to my other side.

The case provides protection on a general level, but you get what you pay for in a $20-30 case. If they would add minor padding in the case and bulk up the clip it would be an awesome case.
