What is it with the battery pricing - a 1200 is $15, 1600 is $50 and 2600 is $43? Surely the 1600 for the Treo 680 could be better priced. My whinge for the day!

Thanks for the message but does not help me much. I thought my question would have been of interest to others to get some competitive pricing on batteries, enjoy your cheese!

It may be a matter of different companies making them, so the price the store sells them at to make a profit has to be adjusted. I can't say for certain as I don't work for the store though

Its is an odd increase in price though. Seems a little out of balance.

I recently buy the seidio 2400Mhz battery for my 680.

It's bulky and heavy. But i need it for my trips abroad.

For everiday use, i can stay all day with the stock battery. Burt when i'm away from the office (and home) is when the usage becomes intensive.
