I am using the Palm Treo Leather Side Case, no problem. I also use a Seidio Swivel Clip Holster (Clip Type) Model #HLTR650B.

I have the Sena Leather Skin case (without the belt clip). At first it is a real tight fit to get it in with the extended battery. but after having it in there and taking it out a few times, the leather has strectched and it fits quite nice.

i really like it. some what protective, some what fashionable, and not very bulky.
