![]() | Bluetooth trouble 680 w Jabra BT500v I love my Jabra BT500v and it has worked flawlessly, until now. My 680 cannot find it all of a sudden. It is listed under "All known devices" but I get an "Unable to connect to Jabra BT500v" error message. I have tried to pair it again with no luck. Any suggestions? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Turn off your headset. Then turnoff the bluetooth on your phone. Then do a soft reset. Once your phone reboots, turn on bluetooth. THen turn on the headset. See if that works. If that doesn't work or if you wish to do it this way go for it. Do as above expect that you will "delete the trusted device" from your phone. Once deleted then proceed to the soft reset. Turn on bluetooth on phone, and then turn then proceed with pairing instructions. |

![]() | No luck. Earpiece is not listed in "Trusted devices" only in "All known devices" and I cnnot figure out how to delete it. It doesn't pick it up in "Nearby devices" when it searches. |

![]() | Thanks for the effort. It does not appear in my "Trusted devices" list only the "All known devices" list. I can highlight it but I have no Delete button, only OK and CANCEL. Click OK and it tries to connect to it but gives me an error message "Unable to connect to Jabra BT500v. |

![]() | I figured it out I had to reset the headset. It was "frozen". Nowhere in the user manual does it say there is a reset feature for this headset. I finally found out when I contacted the manufacturer to return the headset. I had tried my Treo with other Bluetooth devices and it worked so I had narrowed it down to the headset. ![]() |
