In Search Of: BT headset that answers calls via handset, not earpeace alone

Hello -- I am in search of a BT headset for my 650 that allows you to accept and place calls via the telephone. I understand the main benefit of BT is that you don't have to access the telephone. However, I am not physically able to reach my ear, and consequently I am not able to use the button on the BT headset. I would like to be free of the wires nonetheless and this is why I'm interested in this specific function. Does anyone know of a BT headset for the 650 that would allow me to accept and place calls without touching the headset? Many thanks!!
