Fragile Jawbone headset

This headset is everything the reviews say, sound quality in and out and comfort is excellent. However, I had two problems. First, when disconnecting the charger, the physical seating is so firm it pulls the little black cover right off the headset, instead of disconnecting cleanly. Second, the earpiece cannot be bent where it goes into the headset, it will set up a weak point, and mine broke within two days. I had bent it only about ten degrees, to make the headset fit a little better.
