help! can't load new GPS tomtom6 software - Treo Forum

I posted this here since the GPS does use bluetooth. this is what i have done so far cleaned up memory on handheld with 11.8 M freespace. when I put in the tomtom navigator 6 application expansion card the palm (650) keeps doing a soft reset itself but never opens the application.
Am I missing a step here? do I load it to the PC with the DVD then to my palm?

Can you read the card Ok on a PC?

Has this been used before on another device?

yes I can read the card on my pc.
yes, the card may have been used on another device (I bought it on ebay) but I was told this was new and had never been registered.

On the SD card there's a file called START.PRC located in Palm folder, try renaming that to START.OLD and then inserting the card into the Treo.
