Hey everybody. First time post, but long time user. My very first tech device was a Sharp Wizard OZ-7000 (bought right after high-school graduation in 1989 - which I still have to this day), and I haven't gone back to paper (Franklin Planner stuff) since.
Anyway, I've given my wife my Christmas list with (among other things) a choice between either the Moto H700 or the Nokia BH900 to get me. I have the 700p and have read a good share of Moto H700 reviews (mostly from non-700p users) but not a single review of the Nokia BH900 from a 700p user's perspective. Reviews I have found on the Nokia unit suggest superb sound transmission, but inadequate volume boost for the user. But again, not from a 700p user's perspective.
I've never used any type of bluetooth device before, but my wife has some cheap one and I can't stand her using it to try and talk to me on. So I decided that if and when I ever get one, it's got to do two things well - transmit sound clearly and audibly, and receive sound clearly and audibly (while fitting snuggly to my smaller-than-average sized ears) - all other features, bells and whistles are just icing on the cake as far as i'm concerned. My frustration with echos, wind noise, static and muffledness (if that's a word) coming from her end have emboldened me to NEVER use a bluetooth that behaves the same way and makes the person I'm calling suffer the same ill fate I so often do.

Besides, I'll be using mine moreso in my car than anyplace else. So (Lexus or no Lexus) noise cancellation and wind-noise reduction is key.
To that end, I have settled on these two units as finalists. I think I've found enough reviews of the Moto (though, feedback specifically from 700p users would be MOST helpful - hint, hint

). However, I REALLY need to hear from a 700p user who has tried the Nokia model.
Unlike many of the reviewers whose threads I've come across, I won't be buying a new BT every three months or so, in search of the "perfect" device- not in the price bracket of the units that I think best suit my needs ($80+). I definately don't want anything that doesn't have wind & noise cancellation, so that bumps me out of the <$50 bracket. I need this to be an informed decision so that I only have to make it once - and buy it once. Barring diferences in ear fitments from one user to the next, the most useful reviews are going to be the ones coming from people using the BT on the same phone as me - the 700p.
So, if anybody can help my out I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks guys.
