All,

I've been a Cingular customer for quite a while, and the amount of dropped calls lately is absolutely untenable. I think I know why it's happening (have a friend who works there - he says it has something to do with Cingular updating their network from "3G" to "4G"), but no matter what the reason I just can't take it anymore. I wanna pay the $200 and switch to Verizon soon.

I've Googled the h*ll outta this question, and seemingly can't find a straight answer. Time to turn to the experts!

So.....
1. Can I unlock my Cingular 650 to work on the Verizon network?
2. If yes....can someone send me a link to a walkthrough?
3. If no....could someone take a moment to explain why I can't do it?
