| I'm having the exact same problem. This is the second phone this has happened to. I took my first one to the Verizon store and they said it was a hardware problem and I should talk to my phone guy at work. I talked to the phone guy and he said it was something in the software but none of the resets helped. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. I love my TREO and I'd hate to have to swap it for the new phone style they are giving out at work. |
