| I've noticed the same thing with my 700w. . . I have an "auto-close" program so there's almost never anything running in the background, but will frequently check my memory status .... I've noticed several times that ActiveSync is running when I haven't done a sync in a while. (It's not set to auto connect, I don't do a wireless sync and it's always closed out fully when I finish my sync.)
