The Palm OS is designed as a platform to which you can
add features, by way of ad-on software... so yes,
there is a way to have the phone notify you of
received phone calls:

The program is called Attention Grabber
(download it here for free: attention-grabber.en.softonic.com/palm).

In addition to beeping at your preferred interval, this will activate
the tiny light on the face of the phone.



In addition to Attention Grabber, I regularly use:
Fuel Log (to track my car's mileage),
Card Reader (to store and access files on the optional, removable storage card,
and Teapot (a handy timer/reminder).
