| Well, I wouldn't have purchased DBFixIt unless you had identified a problem. No matter, its a good utility to own. But you can download NVBackup, which is a free backup utility and do a backup and then do a restore. The only way I know to delete the db for free is through FileZ and you already mentioned trying that and it being locked. There are other file managers and uninstall programs, but they all cost more money. You could also try deleting the SMS app. Since its in ROM, it should come back without the troublesome DB. |
