| I think you got the Narcissists' version of the Centro...they don't care about hearing the other person, just themselves. All kidding aside, I assume you've tried a hard reset and running it without any third party apps to see if you get any better functionality? You might also take it to your carrier and see if you get any better results with a different SIM card. If you get no better results, then I think you're right and its a hardware issue. Then you have some choices: 1) Get it repaired; 2) If you have insurance, get it replaced; 3) purchase a replacement on ebay or Craig's List, etc. Best wishes!
