My condolences! lol My company switched to Exchange in January after 10 yrs of Lotus Notes headaches....lol
I can say almost all of the listed solutions will not be easy to implement...Lotus Notes SYnc solutions never are!
When I got unlocked Treo Pro, I had to go with AT&T Express mail (desktop solution) for my mail, which worked pretty well, then I used outlook locally to sync/backup my addresses and calendar until we made the switch.
