| If its branded for ATT and you unlocked it you should install the ATT or CIN ROM. I had a ATT 680 that I updated for a friend. He uses it on Tmo but is branded CIN. So I installed teh Cingular update and it worked. I think that the ROW update is for Treos made for outside the U.S.
