| Problem Sending Email - Web email Greetings,
I'm a long time Palm user who switched grudgingly to the 800W for the form factor and performance upgrades. My email has yet to work properly, and I'm almost to the point of going back to my 700p.
I use Go Daddy for my company's business email. Their web client is fine, but I can't get it to work on my 800w. Here is the problem:
I can receive emails fine but can't send. I've gone back 10 times and re-checked the smtp server information, and it still doesn't work. The odd thing is that when I first set up the email information, it actually will successfully send for 20 or 30 minutes. I get the error message:
"The message could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again."
I set up my hotmail account and of course it sends just fine. Sprint says it is a godaddy problem, and of course godaddy says it is an ISP issue.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Greg |
