| not sure what the problem is bosstone I am not sure whether its something built into the 800w or windows vs palm or a problem with BT with your device or what but it sounds like a significant issue I dont really use speeddial so I dont have a clue. Let us know if you figure it out on your own I am sure that somebody here who uses speeddial will be along soon to help you out.
