| On the actual device, there is only one Contacts icon which is checked off to synch along with calendar email tasks. Notes, Favorites, Files, Media, and Appointments have gray boxes and cannot be changed. I do feel like somehow my old profile only partially synched over. Before I try the hard reset, though, what exactly would the purpose of that be? I'm failing to see how that would give me my old profile. Thanks again. |
