| Hmm...well if you haven't added any third party apps, then there is a good chance that it is a hardware problem. I'm not sure how long you've had the phone, but you might be able to exchange it for another, given that its a problem with the phone. I assume its less than a year old so it should also be eligible for Palm's warranty. Sorry you're having problems with it. |
