Awesome review. I agree wholeheartedly with most of what you say. I have deactivated my beloved Centro at least three times in favor of other Sprint PDAs and even the iPhone, but keep coming back to it. It just works. It syncs beautifully with work (Outlook 2007). I am a very "set it and forget it" person. I choose to use my brain to remember other things, not when my appointments are. The other deal breaker is call quality and volume. With everything phones do these days, we often forget that they're supposed to be PHONES. And the Centro is awesome.
