I have been price watching on eBay for a while on the Treo 680 as I am going to be purchasing soon.

In watching 16 recent auctions the average price for a new, factory sealed box, factory unlocked, Treo 680 is $170.50 + $12.57 shipping ($183.07 total + insurance)... getting $250 for a used unit despite it coming with the SD card might be a tall order.
