I am wondering if anyone has a ray of hope for me! I am wanting to use music tones to cut some of my fav. mp3 songs into ringtones for my 700p.
I have almost 2,000 songs on iTunes already. Now I am hearing that they are not in mp3 format, as I thought. I have now changed the setting so they will rip mp3 in future....but how do I use all those that are already there? They are copies of CD's I own, not downloads, so I had presumed they would automatically be ripped as mp3, but when I drag and drop to my SD card; treo can't open the file.
I am REALLY not looking forward to searching for each song in CD collection to re-rip! Also, I tried to burn the ones I wanted, then re-rip from that copy to my iTunes with new mp3 setting so I could THEN drag and drop to SD card...no luck...
