| Thanks for responses, guys. My son tried the reinstall once and it worked for a day or 2 afterward. He has gone back to college. I need something more reliable than reinstalling every few days as I am fairly illiterate when it comes to digital devices and I don't have the time to reinstall every few days. I have been wondering if this is not a systemic problem since earlier research semed to indicate a lot of people were having similar problems. Tha's why I came to this site as the most knowledgable.
