I get that error once in a while. I don't know if its a network conflict or what? However, sometimes the darn video isn't compatible with Kinoma Player.

For example, I will go to a webpage and download a few videos. Then I will return and try to view the same videos and get an issue like, "not compatible" or something. Basically, I think Kinoma needs to improve their product!

Have you gone to the Kinoma forum and asked for assitance? The developers are pretty good about answering and giving suggestions right on the forum.
