| Hmmm, nope, don't think you blame it on the sync software.... I had similar problems as a solo, personal, user. I got one of the very first rolled out by Verizon and took it back within two weeks because it kept crashing into a continuous reset loop that I could only break with a hard reset. And this was happening at least once a day! So, they gave me another one... SAME PROBLEM! So then I spent another several weeks going around in circles with Verizon, Palm and several 3rd party software companies trying to figure out where the conflicts were. And even now I can't tell you. All I know is that after one of the hard resets I varied the way I reloaded my programs and made sure I had the latest updates and suddenly everything is "fine". Yeah, it still crashes now and again, but at least it goes into a standard soft reset and then pops back up like it's supposed to. So, not perfect, but I can live with it. Wish I could provide more constructive advice, but at least you know you're not alone!
