| Not sure what the codes were, but I seem to recall that you could enter the number for something and use # (or some other character; maybe *) to pause the dialing. So basically you would have the number in speed dial like "555-555-5555 # 221" and it would dial the number, pause, and then dial the extension afterwards. I used to do it with my old Startac for something or other back in the early post-brick era. I'd try and look that up on the interweb and see if that works.
