Hello All,
I need to program a speed dial to call my office number including the extension and my office voice mail numbers. I also need to program a number of speed dials for my office colleagues into my Treo 700W - the problem is that we all share the same main number but the extensions are different. I know that I have to go into advanced features and program the extensions for each person seperately. I did that and saved the contact. But when I go to dial using the speed dial, they all default to the first one I did - so it does not actually call the person that I want, but rather goes to the first person that I programmed with the speed dial (which is my extension) Any clue as to what's going on. Thanks!
