| Under user preferences / power options...set the "Auto power off" to 1min and the "dim screen while on call" to 30sec.
I had the auto power off set to 15sec, then 30 and I had the same issue. Sometimes the carrier doesnt connect the call fast enough and the screen powers off....so then you need to hit the red button to turn the screen on and disconnecting the call.
This will fix your issue. |
