hi everyone. i'm new to the forums and new to smart phones. just got a 700wx and set up POP email access through gmail, but i am trying to find out what i need to set up instantaneous email or what is called push/direct. so i won't have to waste batterry checking my email every 5 minutes or so. i was told that I have to be on an exchange server for that. is anyone using mail2web (Personal Exchange)? does anyone know if thats what i need? also will i need to set up the progam GoodLink on my phone in order to get push/direct?

sorry about the newbie questions. all of this is confusing to me. thanks in advance.
