Cingular Rebate Question

Hello, folks! First time for me posting here. I'm looking to buy the Palm 750 here within the next few days as I'm waiting on a $100 instant rebate to appear on the Premiere website, but I have a question for those of you more familiar with Premiere and the rebates Terms and Conditions.

As far as I can read in the Terms and Conditions of the current rebate offering on the consumer website, the only requirement to get the $100 rebate for the 750 is that it has to be bought a) from Cingular Online, b) have a two year voice plan and c) activate the unlimited data plan. To me, this tells me that if I turn in the rebate with the proof-of-purchase and receipt, it will be honored. I think the only questionable part is whether Cingular Online is specifically referring to the consumer website, or if it's referring to an order placed through Cingular's website in general. (i.e. Cingular Online = Consumer, Cingular Premiere = Business, and they're different as far as the T&C are concerned.)

Can anybody help me clarify this, or have you successfully remitted the rebate in the past? If Cingular Online refers to the website in general, then I don't see anything in the T&C that says I can't turn this in because I'm a business customer.
