Sprint 700wx on VIVO (Brasilian Telco) - Treo Forum

I have a big problem and I need someone help-me.

My friend bought to me a Treo 700wx SPRINT (CDMA) with a phone number in EUA and forgot to unlock it and clear.
I live in Brasil and the company VIVO cannot change the phone number because the Treo is looked (?).
The VIVO (Brasilian Tel CO) dont know the code to change te phone number.
How can I unlock it? Someone know the way to do? How I can change the phone number?
The code VIVO is #*#000000 and send, then enter the NAN. Its dont work in Treo Sprint because it is all time in "roaming"
Anybody know what is the Sprint?

I´m so very thanks if can help-me.

To answer your question I think only Sprint will be able to help

Is your friend in the US, can they not speak to Sprint on your behalf?

Thanks to try to help me.
I did contact the Sprint on chat and they cannot help me because I´m not the account holder, I cannot understand that they want and they cannot understand me.
I try to contact my friend for e-mail and he didn´t answer me, so I ask at many foruns about that code.
I know that if I dont achieve this, the only way is send the Treo for US to unlock.
