![]() | HELP - Need US/CA single rate plan with a Treo I travel back and forth to the US and Canada and need a one rate type plan for both places with no roaming. Verizon had a plan, but they no longer offer it and I haven't found a way to get it. Currently I am with Rogers but if I add on US roaming or a one rate plan with them the rates are really pathetic - over the top really. Anyone know how to get the old Verizon plan still or something like that? |

![]() ![]() | I'm on Sprint and they had a really good Canada plan that I used for a year or so. For an extra $10 it's as if Canada was another state of America meaning free eve and w/e minutes, normal SMS charges, day minutes come from your plan etc. ~ Steph

![]() ![]() ![]() | The plan he was talking about is an International add-on if I am not mistaken. Check with Sprint Customer Service. |

![]() ![]() | Yep... basically get whatever plan suits you and then you have a bunch of add-ons... eg: - Free weekend and evening calling $5 - Unlimited text messages $10 - Canada calling $10 - Unlimited Data $20 - Reduced international calling $10 Before you sign you can speak to the CS reps and they'll explain it all. Verizon will probably do the same sort of stuff. Don't forget to negotiate. At one point I was using almost all the add-ons (and travelling a lot) but I managed to get the reduced international calling and free weekends and eve for free. ~ Steph
