email push and multiple email accounts on Treo PRO - Treo Forum

I have searched every where and every way I can think of. I still can't find a thread I read yesterday, in which the author stated with some program it was possible to achieve a true push. I cannot find it.

But I really need an answer even to the point of risking a duplicate thread on the subject. If I am in fact repeating what has already been discussed, I apologize. My Treo PRO is my first windows mobile device. I have never used Outlook and from my brief review in the last couple of days, I think I would prefer something else. As I posted elsewhere I am accustomed to ChatterEmail and have two IMAP accounts that push mail to me as it hits the server (or at least very, very soon thereafter). I want to be able to do the same on my PRO.
Can I ask, probably for the second time, is there anything available that would allow me to get my email pushed to my PRO?

I also have a number of email accounts that I would like to have on my PRO but still sync with my PC. On the phone with Palm support yesterday I was told that outlook will only permit the treo to sync with ONE email account. I know I read somewhere that one of you good people discussed a limit of 15 accounts via Outlook and even that had been surpassed by some application. And, no, I can't find that thread either.

Take a look at FlexMail, that does push email using IMAP

I will do so. Actually I saw this yesterday (I believe from something posted by you?) I first thought it was something different. I looked again just now and see that it is in line with what I need.

The limit on Pocket Outlook to one account is when you're using Exchange Active Sync to synchronize email/contacts/appointments over the air. If you using it with POP or IMAP then you can have multiple accounts.

I have an Exchange ActiveSync as well as 3 IMAP accounts on my 750 using Pocket Outlook.

Just to clarify, you can have multiple accounts setup in Pocket Outlook but only one of them can be using Exchange Active Sync, the rest have to be POP3 or IMAP.

I don't have access to Exchange. Is that required for Pocket Outlook to work, even on the POP and IMAP accounts?
