    | I played with the 800w for a couple of hours today. Looks and feels nice. Now I am anxious to get the 850!!

| The 800w is CDMA so yes it will not work in Europe.

| Thanks for the clarity Taz. Wonder how long we will be waiting for the new Palm. I have noticed that the Palm UK site has reduced the price of the 750 from £399 to £309, and plus expansys are selling their 750 handsets for £299. Stock clearing is my gut feeling. Come on Vodafone, get in there first

| Why is that? Lack of knowledge? Maybe a lack of commercialization of Palm products? I know Palm is huge in Eastern Europe. |

| Lack of marketing and, up until recently, a lack of cooperation with the carriers  Things have improved a bit now that Vodafone are supplying Treo's.Back when the Palm Pilot was big in the states the we had the PSION Organiser and Series III which were much bigger sellers.
