 | SMS and Messaging Issues Does anyone have this problem? Yesterday I could send SMS to multiple recipients easily, but all of a sudden the semicolon ';' does not appear after after I select the contact to receive the SMS. This is not the first time that this has happened to my phone and somehow I don't think it'll be the last. Usually I have to perform a hard reset to set everything back to normal. Is there another way to do this besides a hard reset? In addition, every now and then, I lose my entire ability to access my messages (SMS and Email). Using the button to access my messages results in nothing, and the message bar on my today screen does not even appear. Any solutions to these 2 issues besides a hard reset is welcome. Thanks!  | You could try this....Only thing is, its recommended to delete all current messages before installing... Palm Messaging for Pro

| Get this one...I can only reply to certain people on the e-mail, the others have a sync error. Lucky for me, I can reply to my boss..! Anyone else have this problem? |

| Unable To Reply Hey KitC, I had a similar problem and I ended up adding recipients to my contacts on my Pro and then was able to reply to them. It doesn't make any sense but it worked  I am also on Sprint network. |

| I made my first post!  | Some SMS gateway providers can be classified as aggregators or SS7 providers. The aggregator model is based on multiple agreements with mobile carriers to exchange 2-way SMS traffic into and out of the operator's Short Message Service Centre (SMS-C), also known as 'local termination model'[citation needed]. Aggregators lack direct access into the SS7 protocol, which is the protocol where the SMS messages are exchanged. These providers have no visibility and control over the message delivery, being unable to offer delivery guarantees. SMS messages are delivered in the operator's SMS-C, but not the subscriber's handset. Thanks Stevel John |
