![]() | 800w and Exchange Activesync So my wife and I work for the same company. I have a PPC6700 with WM5 and she has the Treo 800w with WM6. Both our phones randomly error out when synchronizing with our Exchange server. Mine is usually resolved by a Soft Reset on my PPC but I cannot figure out how to get hers to work. It does work randomly but when it starts getting error 80072ee7, even a soft reset of the Treo doesnt work. After doing some research, I found that if our Exchange server has a Dynamic address, then Activesync will give error 80072ee7 becasue of a cached IP address. I cleared the internet crap on the Treo and did a soft reset and still get the same error. Help please... Second issue to be dealt with later is that I cannot install any app on the Treo that is not "digitally signed" but I think thats a restriction set forth by our company. |

![]() | the server has a static IP address but its 4 clusters load balanced round robin style so you can hit any of the 4 servers at any time. |
