Sprintpcs email wont send - Treo Forum

i have setup my sprintpcs email account, but i cant get it to send email. I have looked all over and tried different setups. Can someone go over the setup for out going email for sprintpcs.com.

sprintpcs, ???? what do you mean, its the email sprint gives use, trying to send mail from the phone ?

You'd be better off with Versamail. Sprint Email is buggy and causes rapid battery drain at times. I can't help you with the setup as I don't use it.

Sorry, not too familiar with Sprint, other than second hand interactions with friends. I wouldn't use an address provided by any provider if I can avoid it, because if you switch providers, be they ISP or phone carrier, that address is lost.

I fixed it the email account. It is a versamail setup with the free sprintpcs email account you get. my problem was i had SSL checked on the out going mail it does not need to be checked. Thanx everyone for the help.
